Terms of Service
Effective August 10, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of 1Product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use 1Product for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
1Product gathers configured market signals, produces product-research reports, and calculates an opportunity score from the data that returns. Reports may be partial. Unavailable inputs are left unscored and their weight may be redistributed across the remaining scored factors. The service does not promise that every check will be available for every product, location, or deployment.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@oneproduct.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.
Credits, plans, and billing
Research actions spend credits in the amount shown before the action runs. The service shows the current full-report price and any lower selected-check price. Subscription plans grant a fresh credit allowance on renewal, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Prices, allowances, and trial terms shown in the service or at checkout are the terms that apply to that purchase.
The Growth plan may include a 3-day trial once per account. Unless cancelled during the trial, it converts to the paid plan shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and credits already granted remain available until then.
Checkout and payment processing are provided by a hosted billing service. Taxes and any refund rights are handled as shown at checkout and as required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security, access controls, limits, or billing.
- Use automated access in a way that exceeds documented interfaces or harms the service.
- Resell access, share accounts, or reproduce substantial parts of the service without permission.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.
Your content and reports
You keep your rights in product ideas, report titles, notes, and other content you submit. You give 1Product a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Reports are private to your account unless you separately choose to disclose them.
Research is not a guarantee
1Product supports product evaluation; it does not provide financial, legal, tax, or procurement advice. Market data can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unavailable, and historical signals do not guarantee future demand, margins, sales, or profitability. You remain responsible for your sourcing, pricing, compliance, and inventory decisions.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features and integrations. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any guarantee about research results. To the extent permitted by law, 1Product is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing us. We may terminate or restrict access for a material or repeated breach of these terms. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date; material changes may also be announced through the service or by email. Questions can be sent to support@oneproduct.dev.
